Education Requirement

• MBA / MSW / PG in Human Resources or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

• Head HR Operations and Industrial Relations across business entities

• Manage employee relations, grievances, and IR matters

• Ensure employee health, safety, welfare, and workplace well-being

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals

• Lead and mentor the HR team for effective HR delivery

• Partner with senior leadership on HR priorities and workforce planning

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning

• Ensure compliance with all labour laws and statutory regulations

• Design and deliver leadership development & learning initiatives

• Manage Performance Management System (PMS) and talent development

• Track employee attendance, leave, and workforce data

• Handle compensation & benefits planning and execution

• Build strong relationships with employees, management, and vendors
