Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle 50% Recruitment & 50% HR Generalist activities
• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & follow-ups
• Coordinate hiring and onboarding of employees
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
• Support HR operations and payroll-related activities
• Assist with employee engagement and HR documentation
