Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute healthcare recruitment strategies

• Visit colleges, institutions, and healthcare sources for hiring

• Domestic & outstation travel across Tamil Nadu for recruitment

• Handle staff deployment, replacements, and reporting duties

• Manage staff grievances and legal issues if required

• Maintain attendance and salary reports as per healthcare norms

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets

• Coordinate with healthcare staff working at patient homes

Other Requirements

• Two-wheeler mandatory (for field recruitment)

• Willing to travel frequently

• Ready to work 24/7 based on staff requirements
