About the Role:

Lead large-scale blue-collar recruitment across Tamil Nadu & Puducherry. Manage field recruiters, client coordination, and ensure fulfillment of hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end blue-collar hiring across multiple locations.

Manage and mentor field recruiters, meeting daily/weekly targets.

Conduct field visits, rural/urban drives, and migrant hiring.

Coordinate with clients and warehouse teams for manpower planning.

Resolve on-ground attendance, onboarding, and compliance issues.

Build and maintain sourcing pipelines for local and migrant candidates.

Requirements:

4–10 years in blue-collar/field recruitment.

Strong field exposure and team management experience.

Knowledge of TN & Puducherry geography.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Willing to travel extensively.
