Dr. V. Balaji Diabetes Care and Research Institute is hiring experienced HR Executives & Recruiters to manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment functions within a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Handle recruitment and selection of hospital staff
• Coordinate interviews, offer letters, and joining formalities
• Manage email follow-ups with candidates and departments
• HR Operations
• Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll processing
• Maintain employee files, HR records, and documentation
• Issue HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, etc.)
• Payroll & Statutory Compliance
• Payroll processing and salary administration
• Filing monthly, annual, and statutory returns
• Handle EPF, ESIC, and other labor law compliances
• Employee Engagement & Performance
• Organize employee engagement and welfare activities
• Support performance review and appraisal processes
• Conduct periodic HR training programs
• Exit Management
• Handle exit formalities, full & final settlements
• Conduct exit interviews and documentation
