Job Summary
The HR Executive (Generalist) will manage end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, attendance & payroll coordination, statutory compliance support, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administration. This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
>Source candidates through job portals, consultants, referrals, and social media
>Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews for staff and blue-collar roles
>Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback with hiring managers
>Manage documentation and offer process for selected candidates
Employee Engagement & Relations
>Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and training programs
>Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
>Support grievance handling and promote a healthy workplace culture
Statutory Compliance Support
>Assist in PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other labor law compliances
>Coordinate with external consultants for statutory filings and audits
>Maintain statutory registers and compliance documentation
Education & Experience
>Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in HR / Personnel Management
>Manufacturing industry experience preferred
>Hands-on exposure to recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and administration
Additional Preferences
>Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Factory Act, and labor laws
>Experience handling blue-collar workforce
>Strong coordination skills across departments and factory operations
