🧩 Job Overview

CHC Pharmacy is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive / Sr. HR Executive (TAM – Talent Acquisition & Management) to handle end-to-end HR generalist responsibilities. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR operations while aligning with CHC’s values and ethics.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing & hiring)

• Support campus recruitment initiatives

• Coordinate onboarding and induction processes

HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and TAM MIS

• Stay updated with labor laws and industry best practices

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Handle employee grievances and workplace conflict resolution

• Develop employee engagement, recognition, and reward programs

• Support wellness, safety, and employee welfare initiatives

Payroll, Compensation & Benefits

• Coordinate payroll processing and compensation administration

• Manage employee benefits programs ensuring regulatory compliance

Performance & Policy Management

• Assist in performance appraisals and feedback processes

• Draft, update, and implement HR/TAM policies and procedures

• Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees

🎯 Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of HR Generalist / TAM functions

• Good understanding of labor laws and compliance

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

• Ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities independently

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business or related field

• MBA – HR (Mandatory)
