Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment from requirement to onboarding

Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, etc.

Evaluate candidates based on skills, domain, experience and qualifications

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates

Negotiate compensation and extend offers

Facilitate candidate placements and obtain referrals

Submit qualified candidates for open requirements

Meet or exceed weekly recruitment targets

Maintain recruitment stages using internal systems/databases

Coordinate effectively with candidates and team members
