Key Responsibilities

Handle the end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle.

Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.

Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.

Source IT professionals through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Understand and validate H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT, and CPT work authorization statuses.

Coordinate with Account Managers, Sales teams, and candidates.

Maintain accurate candidate documentation and records.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
