What You’ll Actually Do

This is NOT an IT job despite the name.

You’ll:

Talk to candidates (mainly in the US)

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

Schedule interviews

Work with US clients for hiring needs

Basically, it’s a sales + HR + communication-heavy role

Work Conditions

Shift: Night shift (6:30 PM – 4:30 AM)

Meals: Dinner + breakfast provided

Transport: No cab (you must arrange your own commute)

Requirements

Any graduate

Strong English communication (VERY important)

Must have personal laptop

Immediate joining required
