Key Responsibilities:

Connect with IT professionals and understand their skills, experience and career goals

Source candidates through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn and internal databases

Review resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions

Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback and candidate communication

Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process

Work with recruiters and account managers to support client requirements

Maintain candidate information and achieve sourcing and engagement targets
