Key Responsibilities

Source and screen IT professionals for W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.

Handle recruitment requirements from direct clients, MSPs, and prime vendors.

Search candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing methods.

Conduct initial candidate screening and technical qualification discussions.

Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.

Update candidate records in ATS/database systems.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.

Manage the complete US IT staffing recruitment lifecycle.
