Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases and other channels

Understand client requirements and identify suitable IT professionals

Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience and job requirements

Conduct telephonic/video screening and coordinate interviews•

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Negotiate compensation and notice period and maintain recruitment trackers
