Key Responsibilities

- Screen resumes based on client requirements
- Conduct initial HR/technical interviews
- Coordinate interviews with US clients
- Understand US visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC)
- Handle rate negotiation (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Negotiate salary and roll out offer letters
- Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
