About the Role

We are hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in US staffing, sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling US clients and technical hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle

Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates

Screen candidates (HR & basic technical fitment)

Format and submit profiles to clients/technical teams

Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates

Manage requirement fulfillment and track open/closed positions

Handle offer release and onboarding process

Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships

Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing

Experience working with clients like Verizon, Google, Facebook, AT&T, Rogers, etc. (preferred)

Strong knowledge of US tax terms: W2, 1099, C2C

Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Tech Fetch, etc.)

Excellent sourcing, negotiation, and closure skills

Strong communication skills (mandatory)

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)

Willingness to work in Night Shift (US Shift)
