Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.

Source, screen, and recruit candidates for Europe, UK, and USA markets.

Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements.

Conduct candidate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Negotiate salary, relocation, and joining timelines with candidates.

Maintain candidate databases and prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
