Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for IT roles such as Developers, Testers and Support Engineers

Manage job postings across Naukri, LinkedIn and other platforms

Conduct preliminary HR screening and assess candidate suitability

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS

Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Support offer rollout, documentation and onboarding

Build and maintain an IT talent pipeline for future requirements
