Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for client requirements.

Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other recruitment platforms.

Screen, shortlist, and qualify candidates based on client needs.

Conduct phone interviews and negotiate salary/offer terms.

Coordinate candidate submissions and maintain recruitment databases.

Work closely with recruiting managers and internal teams to close positions.
