KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in end-to-end recruitment and Talent Acquisition activities

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals & other channels

Screen profiles based on job requirements

Conduct initial candidate interactions

Schedule and coordinate interviews

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Maintain candidate databases, trackers & daily reports

Coordinate with internal stakeholders

Support offer, joining & onboarding activities

Assist the recruitment team with other HR activities
