Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, networking, and talent communities.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.

Screen and evaluate technical/engineering profiles based on competency requirements.

Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders for recruitment delivery.

Provide hiring updates, market insights, and recruitment reports.

Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Achieve monthly hiring targets and recruitment goals.

Develop referral networks and long-term sourcing channels.
