Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to joining.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and local networks.

Conduct screening, interviews, reference checks, and BGV.

Handle offer negotiations and joining confirmations.

Build pipelines for frontline and staff roles.

Maintain TA MIS and recruitment trackers.

Coordinate with recruitment agencies and freelancers.

Follow recruitment SOPs and maintain applicant records.
