Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.

Understand job descriptions and identify relevant candidates.

Screen and assess candidates.

Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.

Interact with client TA teams and hiring managers.

Manage recruitment timelines and delivery targets.

Handle client-facing recruitment and RPO assignments.

Support IT, SAP, ERP, Consulting and Professional Services hiring.

Work from client locations when required.
