Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for International, IT, and Non-IT hiring.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.

Conduct screening calls, interviews, and candidate assessments.

Design role-specific interview questions and evaluate candidates.

Negotiate salary, release offer letters, and coordinate onboarding.

Conduct induction programs for new employees.

Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines and candidate relationships.
