Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Recruiter, Indeed, Apna, referrals, and social media.

Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.

Coordinate technical interviews and candidate scheduling.

Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding.

Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment reports.

Track hiring KPIs and ensure timely closures.
