Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple business and technology domains.

Source, screen, and hire candidates for Banking, BFSI, Telecom, Automotive, Retail, and Technology sectors.

Collaborate with hiring managers and senior business leaders on strategic hiring initiatives.

Participate in workforce planning, talent mapping, and market intelligence projects.

Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.

Leverage AI-powered sourcing, recruitment analytics, and talent intelligence tools.

Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
