Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for both factory (blue-collar) and corporate (white-collar) roles. The role also involves onboarding, HR operations, and compliance management.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition – Factory & Production
Handle hiring for production staff, technicians, supervisors, trainees, and contract workforce
Coordinate with contractors, manpower agencies, ITIs, and local hiring channels
Conduct walk-in drives and manage bulk hiring
Ensure timely hiring to meet production targets
Talent Acquisition – Corporate Roles
Recruit for HR, Accounts, Marketing, CRM, Design, Operations, Projects, Inventory, and Admin roles
Draft job descriptions, source candidates, and screen profiles
Coordinate interviews with department heads
Manage offer rollout and joining formalities
Onboarding & HR Operations
Handle onboarding, documentation, and employee induction
Maintain employee records and HRMIS
Coordinate with payroll and HR teams
Compliance & HR Support
Ensure compliance with labour laws (Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, PF, ESI)
Support audits and inspections
Handle basic employee relations and attendance issues
Requirements
Experience: 3 – 8 years in recruitment
Experience in both factory hiring & corporate recruitment
Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
Ability to manage high-volume hiring under tight timelines
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Additional Requirements
Languages: Tamil & English (Hindi is an added advantage)
