Role Overview

We are conducting a Walk-in Interview Drive for the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can handle end-to-end recruitment and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical & non-technical roles

Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media

Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews

Coordinate interviews with stakeholders

Handle offer negotiation and candidate closure

Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports

Ensure strong follow-ups and successful joining conversions

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 0 – 5 years

Qualification: Any Graduate (Mandatory)

Experience in lateral and/or volume hiring preferred

Ability to manage multiple roles independently

Preferred Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

Exposure to IT / SaaS / Product-based hiring

Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics

Result-driven mindset with strong closure skills
