Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and schedule interviews.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Handle job postings, candidate follow-ups, and interview coordination.

Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and hiring records.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
