Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals

• Manage corporate and campus hiring

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

Education Requirements

• UG: BBA / BMS (HR, Marketing, Operations, Management)

• PG: MBA / PGDM (HR / Industrial Relations / Finance)
