🧩 Role Overview

Warrior Tech Solutions is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be strong in sourcing, hiring strategy, ATS usage, and recruitment reporting, with exposure to technical hiring environments.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring

• Strong hands-on experience in sourcing through job portals, social media, and referrals

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

• Understand job roles, required competencies, and technical skill requirements

• Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively for tracking and reporting

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment trackers & reports (mandatory)

• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders

• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns

🛠 Required Skills & Expertise

• Mandatory Technical Exposure:

• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

• Proficiency in job boards and social recruiting platforms

• Good knowledge of recruitment tools and databases

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Strong analytical and reporting abilities

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition

• Experience in technical hiring preferred

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements

• Immediate or short notice joiners highly preferred
