Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist (US) / Lead

Key Requirements:

3–6 years of experience in US Talent Acquisition

Experience hiring frontline roles: Sales Representatives, Customer Service Reps, Pest Technicians, etc.

End-to-end recruitment & candidate screening experience

Exposure to Background Verification (BGV) coordination

Hands-on experience with Workday ATS

Good understanding of US recruitment processes & compliance
