Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end domestic IT recruitment.

Source technical candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals.

Handle Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment requirements.

Understand technical roles and identify suitable candidates.

Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.

Coordinate with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure timely closures.

Work in a target-driven recruitment environment.
