Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other channels.

Hire for technical and non-technical positions across business verticals.

Coordinate with Business Heads, Project Heads, and Department Heads on manpower requirements.

Conduct screening, interview coordination, and salary negotiation.

Maintain recruitment MIS reports and hiring records.

Coordinate campus and walk-in recruitment drives.

Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.

Ensure timely closure of open positions.
