Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily recruitment activities.
Support job posting and candidate sourcing.
Screen resumes and coordinate with shortlisted candidates.
Schedule interviews and communicate interview details.
Maintain candidate and employee records.
Assist with joining formalities and onboarding.
Support employee communication and HR coordination.
Maintain attendance and HR documentation.
Coordinate with departments regarding staffing requirements.
Prepare HR reports and recruitment trackers.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Skills Required
Good communication

Basic knowledge of MS Office
