Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end talent acquisition from manpower requirement to candidate joining.

Understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, agencies and headhunting.

Handle junior, mid-level, senior, critical and niche positions.

Identify and approach passive candidates through direct sourcing and headhunting.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

Coordinate technical, HR and management interviews.

Handle candidate communication, follow-ups, salary negotiations, offer closure and joining.

Build and maintain talent pipelines.

Manage relationships with recruitment consultants, agencies and industry networks.

Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers.

Provide recruitment insights, market trends and talent availability updates.

Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, trackers and candidate databases.

Monitor recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire, Offer-to-Joining Ratio and Source Effectiveness.

Support employer branding, campus recruitment, job fairs and recruitment campaigns.

Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
