Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing clients across multiple industries.

Source, screen, interview, and place candidates for:

Blue-collar workforce

Skilled & semi-skilled technicians

ITI and Diploma candidates

CNC/VMC Operators

Machine Operators

Welders, Fitters, Electricians, Machinists, Technicians, and other shop-floor roles.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for bulk and niche hiring.

Coordinate walk-in drives, campus recruitment, and large-scale hiring campaigns.

Collaborate with Plant HR and Manufacturing HR teams to fulfil manpower requirements.

Manage onboarding, documentation, mobilisation, and post-placement follow-ups.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ensure timely closures
