Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)

✔ Understand business requirements & coordinate with hiring managers

✔ Source candidates via portals, social media & referrals

✔ Conduct preliminary interviews & screening

✔ Schedule interviews and provide feedback

✔ Maintain recruitment databases & ATS

✔ Build strong talent pipeline

✔ Prepare MIS reports & hiring dashboards

✔ Ensure compliance with recruitment policies (BFSI standards)

✔ Support employer branding & campus drives
