Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Wellfound and other hiring platforms.

Review applications and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct initial screening calls.

Schedule interviews and coordinate assignments.

Keep candidates updated throughout the hiring process.

Maintain hiring trackers and talent pipelines.

Support onboarding activities.

Improve hiring processes and candidate experience.

Assist with employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

Work closely with founders on hiring across design, engineering, marketing and operations.
