Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment for multiple client requirements.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining recruitment quality.
