Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Schedule interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-joining and onboarding activities.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

Support onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and HR operations.
