Key Responsibilities

Screenresumes and conduct initial HR telephonic interviews.

Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline.

Learn and apply Boolean search, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.

Support senior recruiters in achieving hiring targets.
