Eligibility

• MBA / MSW / MHRM

• Male candidates only

• Good knowledge of MS Office & Presentation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Organize training programs for new medical technologies

• Coordinate clinical drills (Code Blue, Code Red, Code Pink)

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

• Manage employee induction & orientation programs

• Create monthly and annual training calendars

• Track training effectiveness and ROI

• Maintain department skill matrix
