Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sr. HR & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end HR and administrative functions. Candidates with corporate HR experience are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle

Manage administrative functions and office operations

Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures

Oversee employee engagement and performance management

Maintain HR records, documentation, and compliance

Coordinate with management on HR strategies and workforce planning

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree (MBA/HR preferred)

Proven experience in HR & Admin roles

Corporate HR experience is highly preferred

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
