Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end US IT & Engineering recruitment for North American clients.

Source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for technical positions.

Work closely with client partners to understand hiring requirements.

Manage contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time recruitment processes.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future opportunities.

Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, and advanced sourcing techniques.

Use Boolean search and X-Ray search techniques for candidate sourcing.

Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive hiring experience.

Maintain recruitment documentation, ATS records, and process updates.

Achieve daily and weekly hiring targets.

Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
