Key Responsibilities

Own the complete internal recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to onboarding.

Recruit across Recruitment, Research, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Business Support and Leadership functions.

Lead hiring for Team eads, Recruitment Managers, Delivery Managers, Business Development Managers, Practice Heads and other senior positions.

Partner with business leaders for hiring priorities and workforce planning.

Build proactive talent pipelines through market mapping, networking, referrals and direct sourcing.

Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals and professionalcommunities.

Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates for skills, leadership potential and cultural fit.

Manage interview coordination, candidate communication, offer negotiations and onboarding.

Drive employer branding initiatives.

Improve recruitment processes and introduce innovative sourcing strategies.

Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance rateand source effectiveness.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
