Key Responsiblities:

Partner with business leaders on talent management, workforce planning, performance management, retention, succession planning, and change management.

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and organizational growth.

Partner with HR teams and Centers of Expertise to deliver people and organizational solutions.

Drive organizational effectiveness through process improvement, employee engagement, and change initiatives.

Lead workforce planning, rewards planning, training, performance management, and succession planning activities.

Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management and support informed people-related decisions.

Ensure compliance with HR-related laws and regulations while managing major HR initiatives across sites.
