Job Summary

Property First Realty LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and drive the organization’s human capital strategy. This leadership role will oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, HR compliance, employee engagement, and organizational development while working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall HR strategy and workforce planning across the organization

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and leadership hiring

• Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives

• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, processes, and compliance

• Strengthen employer branding and strategic sourcing methods

• Partner with leadership to support business growth and expansion plans

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices

• Provide HR guidance, judgment, and decision-making support to management

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in the real estate industry

• Proven experience in a Senior HR Manager / HR Leadership role

• Strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance frameworks

• Ability to work closely with leadership and multi-location teams

Education

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in:
