Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments
Develop hiring strategies to attract high-quality talent
Manage job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer processes
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
Improve hiring speed and quality through structured recruitment processes

Eligibility / Skills
PG: MBA/PGDM in HR / Industrial Relations
Strong experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations
Skills: Talent Acquisition, Human Resource Management, Corporate HR, Performance Appraisal
Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of HR systems and recruitment platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn
