Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

Understand hiring requirements and draft job descriptions

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews (Hindi & English)

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Negotiate salaries and close positions within deadlines

Collaborate with internal teams for hiring needs

Key Requirements

Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience

Hindi speaking is mandatory

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
