Experience: 3–5 years in recruitment and talent acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.

Use job portals, LinkedIn, and social media to attract talent.

Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain candidate pipelines.

Handle offer negotiations, compliance, and recruitment reporting.

Enhance employer branding and candidate experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong sourcing skills and experience with ATS/HR software.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.

Preferred background in wellness, healthcare, retail, or hospitality.
